Purchases made via unauthorized third-party retailers, physical stockists, or external marketplaces are subject to those respective platforms' return terms and are not covered under this agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund under our 60-day guarantee, customers must fulfill the following parameters:

  • Notification Window: You must contact our Support Team within sixty (60) calendar days from the date tracking shows your order was delivered.

  • Satisfaction Statement: You must explicitly state that you are dissatisfied with the product performance, experience, or attributes, and request a reversal of the transaction.

  • Limitation per Customer: To mitigate fraudulent activity and bad-faith policy exploits, the 60-day money-back guarantee is strictly limited to one (1) refund per formulation/SKU per household. Subsequent orders of the same product do not qualify for a satisfaction refund.

3. Product Condition & Return Shipping Procedures

We treat used and unused inventory differently to minimize environmental waste and maximize your convenience:

  • If the product has been opened or used: You do not need to ship the remaining product back to us. Upon verifying your order details, we will initiate your refund directly. Feel free to discard or recycle the container responsibly.

  • If the product is unopened or completely unused: As part of our standard inventory tracking and safety compliance, we may request that you return the unopened item(s) to our fulfillment facility.

    • If a physical return is requested, Coastline Longevity will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

    • There is absolutely zero return shipping or restocking cost to you. You must safely package the item, apply the issued label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location within fourteen (14) days of receiving the label.

4. How to Initiate Your Refund

  3. Our team will assess the request within 2–3 business days and respond with confirmation of your direct refund or provide your pre-paid shipping label if the item remains unused.

5. Processing Timelines

Once approved (or upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse, if a return label was issued), your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Please note that financial institutions typically require 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account statements.

6. Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if applicable for expedited or international delivery services) are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives structurally damaged, broken, or if you received an incorrect variant, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will expedite a complimentary replacement order out to you at no additional cost.
