Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Coastline subscription, you are signing up for an automatically-renewing recurring purchase. Your selected plan will continue at the price, frequency, and dates shown on the product page until you cancel.
How your subscription renews
- Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Monthly subscriptions: charged every 1 month, beginning on your order date.
- 2-month subscriptions: charged every 2 months, beginning on your order date.
- One-time purchases do not renew.
- All charges, renewal dates, and frequency are shown in your account at any time.
How to cancel — easy, online, no fees
You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, without speaking to anyone. There are no cancellation fees or penalties, and cancellation takes effect immediately for future shipments (already-shipped orders are not affected).
Option 1 — From your account (fastest):
1. Sign in at coastlinelongevity.com/account
2. Select "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Choose the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
5. Confirm — you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately
Option 2 — Direct link from your emails:
Open any order confirmation or upcoming-shipment email from Coastline and click the "Manage Subscription" link. This takes you directly to your subscription portal where you can cancel in one click.
Option 3 — Email us:
Email support@coastlinelongevity.com with the subject line "Cancel subscription" and your order number. We will cancel within one business day and send you a confirmation email.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
